Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Standard Delivery takes 2-3 weeks from receipt of an order via the website, depending on location and if payment is successful. Some International locations may take longer to reach. Standard Delivery charge is €7 for Ireland, €15 for UK, €18 for Europe and €25 for the rest of the world. Please allow an extra day for delivery during Bank Holiday periods. If an order is required urgently we will do our very best to accommodate you, please contact us at [email protected] or 00 35385 1033589.

In the event of damaged goods received, we will require photo proof of the affected product within 12 hours of receipt of goods in order for us to investigate. After reviewing a decision will be made and if deemed appropriate a replacement will be sent at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing to [email protected]

In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the parcel and if there is a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we will re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
